These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the NovaBoost Panel platform at novaboostpanel.com. By accessing or using our platform in any way — including browsing, registering, or placing an order — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

NovaBoost Panel reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms apply to all users including end customers, resellers, and API users.

NovaBoost Panel is a Social Media Marketing (SMM) reseller panel providing social media growth services including:

• Instagram Followers, Likes, Comments, and Views
• TikTok Views, Likes, and Followers
• YouTube Views, Likes, and Subscribers
• Facebook Page Likes, Followers, and Post Reactions
• Telegram Members and Post Views
• Twitter / X Followers, Likes, and Retweets

Service availability, delivery speed, and quality may vary. NovaBoost Panel does not guarantee specific outcomes beyond what is stated on each individual service listing.

To use NovaBoost Panel, you must register with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register
• One person may hold only one account — multiple accounts are prohibited
• You must provide a valid email address you have access to
• You are fully responsible for all orders placed under your account
• NovaBoost Panel reserves the right to refuse or terminate accounts at its sole discretion

All payments are made in Indian Rupees (₹). Funds are added to your NovaBoost wallet, from which orders are deducted.

• Payments accepted via UPI — Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM, and all UPI apps
• Minimum top-up amount is ₹10
• Wallet funds are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash
• Wallet funds do not expire and carry forward indefinitely
• All payments are final — once credited to your wallet they cannot be reversed
• If funds are not credited within 10 minutes, raise a ticket with your UTR number

NovaBoost Panel has a strict no-refund policy on all wallet top-ups and completed orders. All sales are final.

• Wallet funds once added are non-refundable under any circumstance
• Orders that have started processing cannot be cancelled or refunded
• Pending orders may be cancelled — the amount returns to your wallet, not your bank account
• Partial wallet credits may be issued at our discretion if a service is clearly under-delivered and cannot be resolved via refill

Before placing any order, read the service description carefully including delivery speed, quantity limits, and refill terms.

• Do not place duplicate orders for the same link simultaneously
• Do not change your username, make your account private, or delete your post while an order is in progress
• Orders that fail due to a private account, deleted post, or incorrect link are not eligible for refund or refill
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Always provide the correct public link to your profile, post, or video

Services marked with a refill guarantee (30-Day, 90-Day, 365-Day, or Lifetime) will be refilled if the count drops below the delivered amount within the stated refill period.

• Refills apply only if the drop occurs naturally — not due to account changes made by you
• Refill requests must be submitted within the active refill window
• Refills are processed within 24–72 hours of being raised
• Lifetime Refill means the guarantee lasts as long as the account is active and the panel is operational
• Refill does not apply to services marked "No Refill" at the time of purchase

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension without refund:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or bonuses
• Using the platform for any illegal activity under Indian or international law
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform or its API
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
• Sharing login credentials with unauthorised third parties
• Using bots or automated scripts that disrupt platform operations
• Using the platform to promote hate speech, violence, or harassment

NovaBoost Panel provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty that services will meet your specific expectations.

• NovaBoost Panel is not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms against your account as a result of using our services
• We do not guarantee that our services comply with the terms of service of any third-party social media platform
• NovaBoost Panel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
• You use our services entirely at your own risk and discretion

Our maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

NovaBoost Panel reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion for any violation of these Terms.

• Upon suspension, access to the platform and wallet balance may be forfeited
• Accounts under investigation may be temporarily restricted pending review
• If you believe your account was suspended in error, contact support within 7 days
• Decisions on permanent bans are final in cases of fraud or abuse

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining wallet balance at deletion is non-refundable.

NovaBoost Panel collects only the information necessary to operate the platform — including your name, email address, and payment records. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Your email is used only for account-related communications
• Payment records are stored securely and used only for transaction verification
• We do not store your UPI credentials or banking details — all payments are processed through secure third-party gateways
• By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of data as described above

NovaBoost Panel reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated.

Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.
